Anne Moody Johnson, Attorney At Law, LLC

Anne Johnson is an experienced litigator in both civil and criminal matters. She has represented individuals and companies in a wide variety of disputes, including contract disputes, intellectual property litigation, non-compete and trade secret litigation, securities litigation, product liability litigation, and criminal investigations and indictments involving allegations of fraud, bribery and perjury.

Anne Johnson graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law, where she also served on the Alabama Law Review for two years and was a Hugo Black Scholar. Anne graduated with honors from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.

Before moving to Saline County, Missouri and opening her practice in Marshall, Anne worked for thirteen years in the Atlanta office of one of the world’s largest and most prestigious law firms.

Anne’s training and time working on complex, multi-million-dollar disputes and major criminal matters allow Anne the opportunity to provide the area with high quality legal representation and client attention at affordable rates.

Anne and her husband, Dan Johnson, have been married since 1995. They decided to move to the area when they were visiting and fell in love with the hills of eastern Saline County.
